About Us

Sushi Republic is a Japanese restaurant located in New Hyde Park, Nassau County, Long Island. It primarily offers an "all-you-can-eat" dining experience supplemented by an à la carte menu, and also provides Chinese and Japanese takeout services. Its customer base consists mainly of local residents, extending to areas such as Bayside, Whitestone, Forest Hills, and Flushing.

We serve authentic Japanese bento boxes and Asian stir-fries, with each entree accompanied by fluffy white rice and carefully simmered miso or hot and sour soup. Today was our first time here we got the $20 all you can eat sushi for lunch, very delicious sushi and a great deal. The sushi is good quality and includes soup, salad, and appetizers like crab rangoon and chicken. It also came with one free soda. I definitely recommend coming here.

One of my FAVORITE sushi places. It’s affordable for 1… I believe the all you can eat is around $30. The food always comes out quick. Staff are friendly. Food is always delicious! I only like a few types of sushi (just cause I don’t eat much fish) but their kitchen options also included in the all you can eat are DELICIOUS. It’s good for people who both eat and don’t eat sushi

We tried sushi here, and we loved it! There's ample combo options and unlimited choices. If you wanna try sushi and sake, this should be your go-to place. There's ample parking, and the staff is very quick and attentive. Placing an order is quick, and it's served within minutes. Getting a table isn't a challenge if you're here by 6 PM. The tables are clean.
